Drew’s representation of his clients’ interests extends beyond professional malpractice and consumer fraud actions. His practice covers administrative and regulatory compliance and appearing before various Governmental Agencies including the Department of Banking and Insurance and the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. Over the past two decades, he has represented the largest realty brokerage in New Jersey.
He is frequently called upon to pursue his clients' earned compensation or commission dollars in a wide array of forums including the State’s Superior Court, the County/Local Boards or the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey.
His outreach efforts include serving as a past member of the District III Fee Arbitration Committee in Burlington County, Chair of its District’s Superior Court Panel which heard and decided fee/billing disputes between attorneys & clients, and served as the Vice-Chairperson of the District’s Fee Arbitration Committee.
Over the past decade and a half, Drew has spoken at colleges, civic and community associations, to professional groups and members of the Bar. His discussion topics include Commercial Litigation, Contract Agreements, the Home Improvement Contractors Act and the duties owed to consumers by Realtors, Contractors and Inspectors. In addition to these requested topics, he is often asked to provide guidance and speak on everyday matters such as, “What can go Wrong when Buying or Selling a Home” and “Protecting Yourself when Working with Contractors”.
