Since 1990, John has focused his practice on civil litigation, concentrating on personal injury with an emphasis on matters involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. He has handled cases throughout New Jersey, winning major verdicts and negotiating difficult settlements in cases arising from automobile accidents, defective products and premises liability.
Additionally, John has regularly brought his talents to the aid of clients in disputes involving breach of contract and a variety of commercial torts.
John also has significant experience in assisting clients in various aspects of insurance coverage, including bad faith claims, declaratory judgment, and insurance agent/broker malpractice.
John was designated a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court in 2004. This distinction is held by only a limited number of trial attorneys in New Jersey.
